Answer:

Charles Auerbach has more than 30 years; Steve Silver has more than 20. This provides over 50 years of combined experience available to clients.

Question:

What professional certifications are held by the financial planners?

Answer:

Both Charlie and Steve hold the professional certifications of CFP® (CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ PRACTITIONER) and CLU (Certified Life Underwriter). In addition, Charlie has certifications of ChFC (Chartered Financial Consultant) and EA (Enrolled Agent), and Steve holds the certification of CDFA (Certified Divorce Financial Analyst).

Does WSG provide proprietary products or receive any special compensation arrangements for selling a specific brand or type of products?

Answer:

No. WSG is an independent firm and not related nor obligated to any particular financial products or services. Their sole commitment is to the clients they serve and designing for them financial plans that will help support their unique needs and dreams.

Can I receive the planning services without having to purchase any products?

Answer:

Yes. Financial plans can be established on a fee basis and this option would be discussed with you at the initial meeting.

While we are very selective about our clientele, we are always interested in new clients.  One of our most important criteria for those we choose to work with is that they are interested in a long-term, comprehensive approach to financial planning.  We do not believe in a shot-in-the-dark approach or in responding hastily to every market fluctuation.   It is important for our clients to know this.
